The Food Channel was able to interview Rick Schaffer, a photographer who shot all of the photos for the cookbook, “The Vintner’s Kitchen.” He told us his story on how he started as a landscape photographer and now has shifted to food.

And Peter Truitt, of Truitt Brothers, tells us his appreciation for the book that showcases Oregon food.
