Burton M. “Skip” Sack was the National Restaurant Association’s Chairman for the 2004-2005 term and currently serves on its board. In April 1997 Sack joined with an investors group to create Classic Restaurant Concepts, which has a large Irish Pub and restaurant in downtown Boston, The Kinsale, and another in Cambridge, Mass. The group also has partnered with David Ortiz of the Boston Red Sox on Big Papi’s Grille in Framingham, MA. Sack also serves on the Board of Governors of the Marine Corps Association in Washington, D.C.
