Our Corporate Executive Chef, Gail Cunningham, is the latest to be featured, this time in Flavor & the Menu, a beautiful publication put out by Flavor Unlimited, Inc. Gail’s creativity is shown in a feature about butter—in particular, compound or flavored butters, which you can read online.
