When we found out October 4th was both National Vodka Day and National Taco Day, we knew this was going to be special. Vodka may not be the first spirit you think of when there are tacos on the table, but give it a whirl!

One of the greatest aspects of vodka is its versatility as a flavor carrier. That leaves endless potential flavor combinations with vodka cocktails and tacos. 1.5 oz. Apple Juice

.5 oz. Lemon

.5 oz. Aperol

To make the Baby Bison, simply shake and strain into a Nick & Nora glass.

0.75 oz Pomegranate syrup

0.75 oz Fresh lemon

Rose essence

3 cucumber slices

3 mint sprigs

0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

0.5 oz. Simple Syrup

1.5 oz. Belvedere Vodka

3 oz. Club Soda

To make the Cucumber Mint Collins, muddle Mint, Cucumber, Lemon Juice & Simple in a tin then add Belvedere Vodka and ice. Shake and double strain over ice into a highball glass. Top with soda and garnish with cucumber spiral.

2 oz. Yerba Mate infused Vodka

1 oz. passion fruit puree

1/2 oz. Agave Nectar

1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

2 dashes orange blossom water

3 dashes Rosewater

To make the Panamericana add all ingredients to a shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice into an old-fashioned or double-rocks glass. Garnish with a rose petal and passion fruit caviar.
