What’s a Kenko Set, you ask? Translated from Japanese as “healthy,” the Kenko Set is a three-course detoxifying meal featuring a freshly pressed juice, miso soup and salad bowl, which is available at Zuma for $21.

However, if you can’t make it to Manhattan this season, fear not because we have the recipes for each dish right here.

Developed with the health- and time-conscious consumer in mind, the meal is meant to be enjoyed in 15-20 minutes and is comprised of superfoods, nutrient-dense juice, and fresh, healthy ingredients.
