  • 2 cups deli-style shredded coleslaw blend
  • 1 cup thinly sliced assorted red, green and orange bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasonings


  • 1 Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to blend.
  • 2 Cover and chill to hold.
