This is an easy five-ingredient recipe–made with ingredients you already have in your pantry. It’s delightful as a dressing for both green salads and fruit salads.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  • 1 In a 1-pint jar with a tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients until well blended. Chill.
  • 2 Makes 3/4 cup.
