Horseradish cream cheese is a specialty cream cheese found at most grocery stores. Its creamy kick is a great pairing with the strip steaks, but if not available, you can use horseradish mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 ounce each) strip steaks, grilled to medium rare doneness, sliced thinly
  • 2 very ripe plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 4 ounces horseradish cream cheese
  • 8 small bakery buns, halved and toasted

Preparation

  • 1 Smear horseradish cream cheese on both sides of toasted buns.
