This Pumpkin Smoothie means you can have your cake (or pie) and drink it too!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 frozen banana (or) 1/2 an apple (peeled and pureed)
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Preparation

  • 1 Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
