Corporate Development Chef/Nutritionist

Cari is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York with a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Missouri State University.

After graduation Cari spent time working in New York City. While there, she worked as an editorial assistant, researching and writing about trends and technology in the food industry. She also worked at L’Ecole as a line cook and TPC Catering in New York City. Prior to that she put her dietetics degree to use as a personal chef.

As a development chef, Cari’s point of difference is her background in dietetics. Cari’s combined experience in culinary arts as well as nutrition allows her to implement strategic planning and recipe development for consumer and foodservice clients with an interest in health and wellness. Working within the team of culinary professionals at The Food Channel, Cari provides nutrition analysis, recipe development and food product analysis with an emphasis on nutrition.
