Here’s a recipe that is perfect for a Mother’s Day breakfast in bed! Easy enough for the kids to help, and a delicious way to show mom you care. So, if it’s time for you to mix up YOUR breakfast routine, this Mango Yogurt Granola Bowl will help you do just that. Simply slice off the sides of the fruit, avoiding the large seed in the middle. Once you have the two sides, cut a checkerboard pattern in the flesh, stopping just short of the skin. Using a spoon, scoop out the diced mango, saving the naturally sweet mango flesh for later.
