Joe Arvin travels to the Bluegrass State to visit with the southern champion of the Feeders Cup, Craig Wilkinson. For the last nine years, Craig has been perfecting his Southern style smoked barbecue, and this year he took home the trophy. With his smoked pork, chicken, and beef nestled away in Lawrenceburg Kentucky, Craig has found a way to make his local barbecue famous across the nation.
