Do-si-do Old Fashioned
2 ounces Slow Hand Organic Whiskey
0.75 ounces Fruitlab Organic Orange Liqueur
1 tablespoon warmed peanut butter
3 peanut butter sandwich cookies
Crush 2 peanut butter sandwich cookies and place on saucer. Take rocks glass and wet rim slightly. Rim glass with crushed cookies. Place large ice cube in rocks glass without touching rim. Shake liquor and peanut butter cookies vigorously with ice in shaker tin. Strain into prepared rocks glass. Nibble on the last cookie while enjoying the drink.
Toffee-Tastic Milk ‘N’ Cookies
2 ounces Crusoe Organic Spiced Rum
1 ounce half & half
1/2 ounce simple syrup
3 dashes Barkeep Organic Orange Bitters
4 toffee cookies
Muddle two cookies in shaker tin, add ice, rum, half & half, simple and bitters. Shake hard. Strain into rocks glass. Use remaining two toffee cookies for dunking.
