- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 Stir together dry mustard, mayonnaise, horseradish, and wine vinegar.
- 2 Fold whipped cream into the dressing.
