It may look like a spooky Death in the Afternoon drink but it will leave you feeling out of this world!

While absinthe traditionally has a green tint to it, it may also be colorless, so be sure to check before you buy.


  • 1 jigger of absinthe
  • Ice cold champagne


  • 1 Add absinthe into champagne glass, pour ice cold champagne over absinthe to fill.
  • 2 Drink will become milky and opalescent and have a pale green and white color.
  • 3 Serve immediately.
