- 2 Tbsp. New Orleans-style coffee and chicory blend
- 1/4 cup milk or cream, warm
- 1 1. In a drip coffee pot or percolator use two heaping tablespoon of coffee and chicory for each 6 ounces of boiling water.
- 2 2. Mix freshly brewed coffee with 1/4 cup of hot steamed milk or cream to suit taste.
