- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup jalapeño peppers, seeded, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- To taste fresh squeezed lime juice
- To taste salt
- 1 Grill the onion slices.
- 2 Coarsely chop the grilled rings and mix with the chopped tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, cilantro, and cumin seeds.
- 3 Season with salt and fresh lime juice.
