OK, recipes don’t get any simpler than this. But when you’ve got radishes this fresh, crisp and delicious, you don’t need much beyond a bit of salt.

Why Try? Well, this tasting idea is SO simple, we don’t know why you WOULDN’T try it.

Just about any salt will do, of course, but sea salt really complements and brings out the best in a farm fresh radish. If you like your radishes extra salty, run a little water over them before setting them down into the salt, so the granules will adhere better.


  • 2 bunches of radishes with the tops intact
  • 1/4 cup sea salt


  • 1 Arrange the radishes on a bed of sea salt. Serve at room temperature.
