Ingredients

For the Sparkling Apple Cider Mimosa

  • 2 oz sparkling apple cider
  • 2 ounces prosecco, chilled (*For a non-alcoholic version, substitute additional ginger ale for the prosecco.)
  • 1 oz ginger ale
  • Cinnamon sticks

For the Cranberry Orange Mimosa

  • 2 oz cranberry juice, unsweetened
  • 1 oz orange juice with pulp
  • Prosecco, to fill the glass (*For a non-alcoholic version, sub ginger ale for the prosecco.)
  • Fresh cranberry, orange slice, rosemary sprig, for garnish (optional)

For the Spiced Pear Mimosa

  • 2 oz spiced pear juice, chilled
  • 1 oz sparkling apple cider
  • 2 oz Prosecco, chilled (*For a non-alcoholic version, substitute club soda or ginger ale.)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Cinnamon stick, sprinkled cinnamon and sliced pear, for garnish (optional)

Preparation

For the Sparkling Apple Cider Mimosa

  • 1 Combine ingredients into a flute-style glass, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

For the Cranberry Orange Mimosa

  • 1 Add ingredients to your favorite mimosa glass and use any, or all of the suggested garnishes.

For the Spiced Pear Mimosa

  • 1 The spiced pear juice can be made the night before, by heating the juice on low, and adding cinnamon sticks.
  • 2 Allow the mixture to steep overnight in the refrigerator for full flavor.
  • 3 Add ingredients to a flute style glass, and top with suggested garnish.
