- 2 cups peanut butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2 Combine all ingredients in mixer bowl; mix until fully blended.
- 3 Using a #30 scoop (about 2½ tablespoons) portion dough into 24 balls. Arrange on cookie sheets lined with baking paper. Using a fork, press a crosshatch design in each cookie.
- 4 Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool.
