Bacon and Cranberry Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Have you ever seen Brussels Sprouts on the stalk?

In this video, Chef Roni Proter shows you how to make Bacon and Cranberry Roasted Brussels Sprouts by taking an entire stalk of sprouts, drizzling them in olive oil, herbs de Provence, and salt for roasting. She then adds bacon crumbles and dried cranberries for additional flavor when serving.
