Vegan Zucchini Brownies

Today, Carolyn Scott, The Healthy Voyager, shows us how to make chocolaty expresso brownies – with a twist!

They’re gluten-free and vegan, but the thing that makes them gluten-free is substituting zucchini for flour. She also uses almond butter instead of oil/egg/dairy.

They’re moist, delicious and full of flavor!
