We are grilling whole joints of top rump, topped with a classic tomato and onion vinaigrette and served with Brazilian-inspired potato salad! The meat is skewered down the center, seasoned with only salt, and grilled on all sides until perfectly browned.
You can then carve the meat straight from the skewer, and repeat the process as needed, making this Brazilian-style barbecue delicious, fresh and easy.
