  • 1 pack baby cucumbers, or 1 cucumber cut into 5 pieces
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Maldon salt


  • 1 Place everything in a plastic bag and bash with a rolling pin or meat hammer, just enough to break the cucumber
  • 2 Place in the fridge until ice cold and serve.
