Tennis, anyone?

With the U.S. Tennis Open upon us, let our Chefs at The Food Channel give your watch parties some Grand Slam style. Enjoy our take on a sumptuous Lobster Club Sandwich while sipping a Honey Deuce, the official beverage of the U.S. Open.

The Lobster Club features buttery rich lobster on a toasted ciabatta bread, topped with bacon, tomatoes, greens and lemon aioli.

Our Honey Deuce is made with raspberry liqueur, vodka and refreshing lemonade.

Previously in our Grand Slam series we honored Wimbledon with recipes for Afternoon Tea Sandwiches and indulgent mini-desserts, to be enjoyed with the official drink of Wimbledon, the Pimm’s Cup.

Nothing beats watching a heated volley with friends like snacking on some tennis-inspired food and drink. So, sit back, and enjoy these match day recipes that are guaranteed to be an Ace!
