Bennigan’s Grill & Tavern has opened its first restaurant in Alexandria, Minn. The restaurant features an outdoor patio, to-go curbside pickup and a separated bar and dining area. This is the first Bennigan’s for franchise group Innovative Enterprises of Minnesota. Franchise owners include Scott Kluver, Randy Roers and Royce Martin.
‘Alexandria is an ideal town for a Bennigan’s,” said Royce Martin, Jr., who is also the restaurant’s general manager. “There is a strong, growing economy here and a neighborhood grill and tavern like Bennigan’s is perfect for this area. It offers guests a dining and bar experience in one spot.”
Headquartered in Plano, Texas, Bennigan’s has over 310 locations in 10 countries, and is owned by Metromedia Restaurant Group (MRG). Other MRG concepts include Steak and Ale, Ponderosa Steakhouse, Bonanza Steakhouse and The Plano Tavern.
