Here’s a beautiful Sensory Appeal concept (with some Green Echo as well) based around the philosophy that every part of the kitchen can be felt and experienced. Interior architect Esa Vesnanen is responsible for what’s called KOE, which, in Finnish, means “feel or experience.”

Vesnanen uses distinct natural elements to simulate nature in the kitchen – a water fountain, a sand filled fireplace, wind through a fan, and an indoor garden. What’s more, kitchen staples such as the sink are made of recycled plastic.
