Global Hyatt Corporate has announced that its Hyatt Summerfield Suites chain has partnered with celebrity grillmaster David Joachim to create 13 recipes that will be served at grilling socials throughout the summer.
The recipes include:
- Grilled Vegetariana Pizza
- Kielbasa on a Stick
- Mustard Horseradish Sauce
- Tex Mex Longhorn Fajitas
- Rocky Road Brownies
- Bird of Paradise Chicken
- Jah Mon Shredded Pork
- Honey Rum Drizzle
- Grilled Formaggi Pizza
- Mint Chocolate Brownies
- Spuds on a Stick
- Spicy Queso Dip
- Fresh Field Greens with Minted Honey Lime dressing
- Iced Tea & Lemonade Flavor Bar
The media personality and chef will serve exclusive recipes for the weekly Summer Grilling Socials that will be held every Wednesday evening at the chain’s locations through August 27. Featured dishes include Bird of Paradise Chicken, Tex Mex Longhorn Fajitas and Kielbasa on a Stick, among others. The hotel also offers complimentary grocery shopping service that will deliver the ingredients of the featured meals to guests who cannot attend the socials.
“Research shows that grilling at home while spending time with friends and family is one of the activities missed most by travelers hitting the road during the summer,” said Alison Kal, vice president of marketing for the Hyatt Corporation.
There are currently 26 Hyatt Summerfield Suites hotels located throughout the country.
