Former ARAMARK Marketing VP Brian Zaslow has launched Zaslow Marketing Group to help companies operating in the refreshment channel use marketing to help them grow their business, the company has announced.
In discussing the new company Zaslow said, ‘We differentiate ourselves through our deep hands-on experience in the Refreshments and Food Service categories. The landscape of refreshment services is literally changing day-to-day, which is why this is such an exciting time to be in our industry. We have achieved exceptional measurable results for Fortune 500 companies, national brands and entrepreneurs, and we look forward to sharing this expertise with others in our industry to help them enhance their marketing so they can grow and prosper.’
Added Zaslow, ‘What really sets us apart is our ‘inside out’ approach to marketing. We understand that you have to make sure everything internally supports the overall effort before you can go out to the market. If the employees don’t understand the program or if the correct operations aren’t in place it is unlikely the overall marketing program will be successful.’
Prior to establishing the Zaslow Marketing Group, Zaslow was Vice President of Marketing for ARAMARK Corporation where he led the company’s marketing team for its Business and Industry Group comprised of Refreshment Services, Business Dining, and Facility Services. During that time he also helped the company launch its new and highly successful 1st & Fresh catering brand. He also spent many years in advertising where he held senior leadership positions with LevLane Advertising/PR/Interactive and Foote, Cone & Belding.
Concluded Zaslow, ‘I’m looking forward to working with companies and helping them benefit from our 25 years of integrated corporate marketing and advertising agency experience. With our help they will have a well rounded perspective for problem solving, as well as an understanding of how to get the job done right. It’s a great time to be in our industry and I’m looking forward to sharing what I’ve learned to help others profit.’
