To celebrate the new football season and especially the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game, participating Chick-fil-A restaurants will give away free chicken sandwiches to any fans wearing sports-related apparel on Labor Day, September 7. The giveaway will run from 10:30 a.m. to close.
Qualifying attire includes any item of clothing with a sports team logo, whether pro, collegiate, or even little league—and includes any sport, not just football. Hats, jerseys, t-shirts, socks—anything with a sports logo will score you a free Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich on that day.
The Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game will kick off a couple days before that at 8 p.m. on Saturday, September 5, with the Alabama Crimson Tide taking on Virginia Tech at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. The game will be televised on ABC.
