Potluck Paradise is a collection of 125 recipes from various Midwest church and community cookbooks. Recipes are organized by course to offer an easy layout for cooks of all experience levels to find just what they are looking for.
While the cookbook by Rae Katherine Eighmey and Debbie Miller offers many casseroles and other quick dishes, they do provide cooks with the opportunity to try a few popular international recipes including, Pomodori al riso, or Tomatoes Stuffed with Rice. Although there are no images within the cookbook, they do give cooking tips following many of the recipes like: Working with Yeast Dough and Getting Goodies out of Pans Neatly.
Potluck Paradise follows two other cookbooks of its kind: Hot Dish Heaven and Bundt Cake Bliss. Each of the cookbooks is designed with a retro theme and easy to read text. The humorous introductions to recipes are sure to keep you trying recipes throughout the cookbook. From Streusel Coffee Cake to Crab Dip, recipes in Potluck Paradise are sure to please.
