Livebookings Inc, a provider of online reservations and marketing services for restaurants, has signed Bonefish Grill, a subsidiary of OSI Restaurant Partners and one of America’s leading casual restaurants.
Tampa, Fla.-based Bonefish Grill joins 7,000 restaurants using Livebookings online reservation and marketing services worldwide.
‘We have been looking to enable reservation capabilities for all of our restaurants, but needed a solution that allows us to deliver the Bonefish Grill experience both online and off. Livebookings keeps our guests on our website throughout the reservation process, allowing us to better manage their experience,’ said John Cooper, president of Bonefish Grill.
The company uses web-based software to deliver electronic reservation books, e-mail marketing, event and promotions management, and a range of other marketing and reservations services to customers in the US and 22 other countries.
Some of the company’s research shows that 90% of dining customers go online to research their restaurant choice and of those 80% would like to make an online reservation.
Over the past year Livebookings has witnessed a global trend towards casual chains using its online reservation service as restaurant groups look to capitalize on their website traffic and online brand.
