Food & Drink

It was the sustainable packaging that first caught our eye a year ago, and low and beheld, they did it again this year. Braswell’s has eco-friendly carafes for its salad dressings—and, what’s more, they’ll be coming out with packets so you can easily reuse them with Braswell’s ingredients. This is the company that harkens back to the old days when jam and jelly jars made great juice glasses. They’ve taken that concept and put their jams into jars designed just for that purpose. Check out all the products, including honey and specialty teas. We talked with Vice President and owner Stuart Saussy while we tasted a selection of their 30 flavors of jam—everything from fig to spiced apple!

This is a product found at the Winter Fancy Food Show sponsored by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade, Inc. Look for more new products uncovered by The Food Channel!

Braswell’s eco-packaging is not currently available in our Marketplace, but check their website for availability.
