The Missouri Restaurant Association kicks off its second annual Dine Out Missouri campaign to run the entire month of October. During this month, participating MRA member restaurants will reward guests for their loyalty and patronage by offering a dining incentive during unstable economic times.
“The generosity of our Missouri restaurant owners is widely known in the communities in which they operate,” says Bob Bonney, chief executive officer of the MRA. “We at the MRA firmly believe the Dine Out Missouri campaign is a terrific opportunity for the community to say ‘thank you’ just by patronizing their local restaurants, and the MRA will reward them for doing so.”
Simply stated, for every $200 a guest spends at participating restaurants during October, the guest becomes eligible to receive a $25 MRA gift certificate in return. Guests must mail their original receipts to the MRA office and once verified the MRA staff will mail them a gift certificate redeemable at participating MRA member restaurants. Certificates will be offered to the first 500 eligible respondents.
“Missouri’s restaurants are an increasingly vital component to our state economy,” continues Bonney. “Every $1 spent in Missouri’s restaurants generates an additional $1.23 in sales for the state’s economy, thereby creating significant tax revenues for the state.”
