We found this salad dressing interesting because it’s the first time we’ve seen miso treated as a flavor and not just as a soup. And, when we talked with David Ngo of NaGo, he told us it makes a good barbecue sauce, too! Ngo’s father is a chef and created the recipes for Wasabi Miso, Spicy Miso, and the Ginger Sesame Miso all-natural dressings.
