As managing partner of the company he co-founded in 1998, Eric Ersher has overall responsibility for the strategic planning, financial health, franchise development and employee training of Zoup. He also guides the leadership team in building and protecting the Zoup brand and shaping its corporate culture. Before creating the Michigan-based company Ersher co-owned Michigan Foods, a company that provided restaurants with spices and dry product mixes for soups and sauces. He serves on the board of Fast Casual Alliance, and is an active member of EO, the Entrepreneur’s Organization.
