Larry Oberkfell is the president & chief executive of the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association. He was selected in January 2010 by the IFMA board of directors. Oberkfell is an established foodservice industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience. Prior to joining IFMA, he served in top positions at Schwan, Anchor Foods, Orval Kent, and the Pet Foods Company. His business and brand building experience span other areas including the retail food industry and food safety. Prior to joining IFMA, he served for several years on the IFMA board of directors, holding all elected offices including chairman.
