Gail Bellamy is executive food editor of Restaurant Hospitality magazine where she has been on the editorial staff for 30 years. An award-winning journalist, she also hosts the radio program “A Cook and a Book,” produced by The Front Porch Media Network. Bellamy is the author of Cleveland Food Memories, Design Spirits and co-author of The Vegetable Storybook with Vicki Draeger. Her two poetry collections include Victual Reality: Food Poems and Traveler’s Salad.
