John C. Metz is executive chairman of Metz & Associates, Ltd., specializing in providing dining management solutions for healthcare, educational, and corporate accounts. In addition his company owns and operates 12 T.G.I. Friday’s restaurants in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as four Krispy Kreme locations in Western Pennsylvania and several hotels in eastern Pennsylvania. He is a board member of the National Restaurant Association and a trustee of its Educational Foundation.
