A Food Channel crew is in New Orleans this week. It’s one of our favorite places lately because it’s where a lot of attention is being paid to the future of food. And that, as our loyal site users know, is our specialty.
We’re here working on a documentary about Gulf seafood, but like all good foodies, we are easily distracted by a new flavor or aroma from “over there.” So we just can’t help gathering a few more stories along the way—stories that are about the food, but also about the people and an amazing culture.
Come along with Food Channel Cultural Correspondent Andy Ford (above) and the rest of the crew as we check out a week in the life of New Orleans and get to know some of the remarkable locals living along the American Gulf Coast.
