Our cheesecake of the month for May is simply called “Heavenly Cheesecake,” perhaps because it’s our Chief Culinary Officer Judy Sipe’s very favorite. It’s a traditional, classic made-from-scratch cheesecake topped with fresh raspberries. You could top it with blueberries or other fruit toppings.
However you top it, you can’t beat it for wonderful, yes, heavenly flavor. Why not serve yourself and your family a little slice of heaven tonight.
