Our cheesecake of the month for November is a marvelous Caramel Nut Cheesecake. The key to this decadent dessert is a fabulous caramel sauce from Michael Recchiuti. If you wish to sub in another sauce, use 1/3 cup sugar instead of 1/2 cup in the filling.
This dessert would fit in just fine on your Thanksgiving table.
