Chef Jason Hill of Chef Tips is back with a Hawaiian-style sushi recipe using Ahi Tuna, called Hawaiian Poke (pronounced Pokey). He says be sure to use sashimi grade tuna. Looks delicious and I’m not even a sushi fan.
