Mediterranean Snacks has unveiled three new flavors for their popular line of Baked Lentil Chips at this year’s Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco. These include: rosemary olive oil, parmesan garlic & creamy sweet pepper. They complement the three current seasoning options: sea salt, cucumber dill and sea salt & cracked pepper.
An industry first, these lentil based chips offer unparalleled nutritional benefits to their snack aisle counterparts: 100% gluten free, good source of fiber, iron and protein; less than 3 grams of fat per serving and only 110 calories for 22 chips. These crunchy and savory snacks, frequently referred to as “the new pita chip”, are a wonderful complement to familiar toppings such as salsa, hummus and spreads and can also be enjoyed right from the bag.
