Snapdragon Intros New Line of Noodle Stir-Fry Kits

Exhibiting at the Winter Fancy Food Show, Snapdragon Foods unveiled its new line of chow mein noodle stir-fry kits in four Pan-Asian flavors.

Snapdragon Foods is a leading brand in the Asian food category concentrating on unique pan-Asian flavors developed from throughout Asia.

The new Chow Mein Noodle line features baked (not fried) noodles, and each package contains Snapdragon’s signature pan-Asian seasoning blends. The product development team at Snapdragon Foods traveled throughout Asia and has developed unique recipes for all of its products that use authentic ingredients sourced from their unique culinary journeys – from the trail-side vendor along a mountain path to the grand presentation at a five-star restaurant. Snapdragon has brought these authentic Asian flavors to mainstream supermarkets with quick and easy-to-prepare meal kits that the whole family can enjoy.

Featured in the new Chow Mein Noodle line are four flavors: Balinese Sesame, Cantonese Tomato, Hong Kong Black Pepper and Roasted Peanut. These flavors are made from all natural ingredients. In addition, the wheat noodles are prepared using centuries-old artisan methods developed over many generations. The noodles are first steamed and then dried through a special baking process instead of frying them with unnecessary oils or fats. This preparation results in noodles that have a smooth texture for optimum mouth feel and flavor. Consumers can add a favorite meat, seafood, tofu or vegetables for a delicious and healthy meal that will take them on a journey to the culinary capitals of Asia.

Other Snapdragon products include convenience items (rice noodle bowls and cups), snack items (cashewcrunchies and rice crisps) and salad dressings. For more information, you may visit
