Featured in the new Chow Mein Noodle line are four flavors: Balinese Sesame, Cantonese Tomato, Hong Kong Black Pepper and Roasted Peanut. These flavors are made from all natural ingredients. The noodles are first steamed and then dried through a special baking process instead of frying them with unnecessary oils or fats.
