For most foodies, we suspect, summer must be the best of all seasons. Farmers markets, produce aisles and backyard gardens are brimming with fresh and nutritious goodies. It’s a great time to eat like a vegetarian, even if you really aren’t one.
This newly created 6-pack of vegetarian recipes was inspired by the bushel of freshly picked veggies delivered to the Food Channel from Langford Farms, our local CSA farm (Community Supported Agriculture) and home of our friend Farmer Joe.
