The Hartman Group, recently released an intriguing infographic on consumer attitudes and behaviors around protein in the diet.

According to Hartman, 60 percent of consumers are actively working to increase dietary protein. There’s an interesting, and expected, divergence; however, when you explore by generation, with Millennials and Gen Z being more open to plant-based protein alternatives.
