The holidays are over, which means it’s time to ring in the New Year! If you’re like us, one of your favorite ways to celebrate is with a classy craft cocktail that tastes just as fresh as it is delicious.
You don’t have to break the bank in 2018 to have a nice drink. This year, Sparkling Ice, a no-calorie sparkling flavored water, brings you two of its favorite New Year’s Eve cocktails with a healthy twist, as well as two of our very favorite cocktail creations from Brooklyn Crafted and Santa Margherita.
So, this year when you host your NYE party, treat your guests to some classy cocktails that are fun to make, but more fun to drink! See below to find four of our favorite seasonal cocktails to help you celebrate 2018:
Prosecco Superiore Cranberry Skewer

Prosecco Superiore Cranberry Skewer by Santa Margherita
Ingredients:
1 bottle of Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG
8-10 frozen cranberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon water
Directions: Put cranberries on a skewer and rinse under cold water. Dip skewered cranberries in water, then roll in granulated sugar. Place skewers on wax paper and place in freezer for 5 minutes. Fill glass ¾ with Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore. Place skewers on top of a glass and serve.
Sparkle Shots

NYE Sparkle Shots by Sparkling Ice
Ingredients:
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz lime juice
1 oz Sparkling Ice Strawberry Watermelon
Sprinkle rim, for garnish
Directions: In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients and shake. Pour into a shot glass with a sprinkle rim and serve.
Ginger Raspberry Sparkler

Ginger Raspberry Sparkler by Brooklyn Crafted
Ingredients:
1/3 oz raspberry puree
1.5 oz Brooklyn Crafted Ginger Beer Mini, Lemon/Lime
Splash of Limoncello
4 oz champagne
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Raspberries
Directions: Stir raspberry puree, Brooklyn Crafted Mini Lemon/Lime and Limoncello in a champagne flute. Top with champagne and a squeeze of lime juice. Garnish with raspberries and enjoy!
Prosecco Punch

Prosecco Punch by Sparkling Ice
Ingredients:
1 part Prosecco
1 part Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry
Directions: Mix together and garnish with a small lavender sprig.
