Ingredients
1.5 ounces Jaisalmer Gin
0.5 ounce pink peppercorn syrup
0.5 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce pink grapefruit juice
Peep Marshmallow Bunny, for garnish
Directions
Combine Jaisalmer Gin, peppercorn syrup, lemon juice and grapefruit juice in a shaker. Shake and double strain into a pre-chilled martini glass. Garnish with a Peep Marshmallow Bunny. (To make peppercorn simple syrup: add crushed pink peppercorns to a simple Monin sugar syrup to infuse.)
Fresh Pick Planas Punch

Ingredients
2 cups Diplomático Planas Rum
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 package fresh mint leaves
2 ounces fresh lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
32 ounces soda water
Lime wheels, for garnish
Directions
Muddle raspberries with mint, simple syrup and lime. Add Diplomático Planas Rum. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a punch bowl. Top with soda water and garnish with lime wheels, fresh mint and raspberries.
Ravo Lavender Rose

Ingredients
2 ounces Ravo Vodka
1 ounces rose simple syrup
3/4 ounces Chase Elderflower Liquor
1/2 lemon, juiced
Zonin Sparkling Rose Wine, to top
Lavender sprigs, for garnish
Directions
Combine ice, Ravo Vodka, rose simple syrup, Chase Elderflower and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain into a coup glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a Lavender sprig.
La Pinta Easter Sunday Spritzer

Ingredients
1-1/2 ounces La Pinta Pomegranate Liqueur made with Clase Azul Tequila
1/2 ounce Prosecco
3/4 ounce agave nectar
1/2 ounce tonic water
1 dash grapefruit bitters
Grapefruit slice for garnish
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a chilled wine glass and stir. Add ice and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
Desert Rose

Ingredients
1.5 ounces Beefeater Pink
1 ounce lime juice
0.75 ounces grapefruit juice
0.75 ounces rose syrup
Directions
Measure all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until cold. Strain into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with edible flowers.
Rose Syrup Instructions: Combine 2 parts granulated sugar to one part water and 1 part dried rose bud tea. Stir mixture before placing it on the stove. Place mixture on the stove over medium heat until sugar has dissolved and tea is fragrant. Do not boil. Cool mixture and strain.

Ingredients
1.7 ounces Beefeater Pink
5 ounces tonic water
Fresh halved strawberries
Directions
Build ingredients in glass over cubed ice and gently stir to combine.
