Candela Mamajuana
To celebrate fall’s return, Candela Mamajuana, the first ready-to-drink premium spiced rum specialty drink from the Dominican Republic, is sharing five recipes to keep you toasty.
Punta Cana

Named after a popular resort town in the Dominican Republic, a Punta Cana is a tropical resort escape in a glass.
Ingredients and Directions
Mix 2 ounces Candela Mamajuana with 2 ounces passion fruit juice and 1 ounce fresh lemon juice, then serve.
Tiguere

Can you handle the heat? There’s no quicker way to warm yourself up than with a little kick.
Ingredients and Directions
To make a Tiguere, mix 3 ounces of Candela Mamajuana with 2 ounces fresh lemon juice and 1 ounce jalepeño-infused syrup.
Oriente Caliente

Ready for some adult La Croix? This bubbly treat gives you a little taste of summer when you’re snuggled up in your fall sweaters!
Ingredients and Directions
Mix 2 ounces Candela Mamajuana with 2 ounces of Prosecco and 2 ounces Yuzu Liqueur (a citrus liqueur).

Instead of downing Vitamin C, protect yourself with Kombucha – just not at the office!
Ingredients and Directions
Mix 3 ounces Kombucha with 3 ounces Candela Mamajuana for a cold cure you’ll actually want to drink.
Old Fashioned With A Twist

Update this classic drink for fall by substituting rum instead of whiskey, bourbon, or rye.
Ingredients and Directions
Muddle 1 sugar cube with 2 dashes bitters. Add 2 ounces Candela Mamajuana, ice, and an orange twist on the side.

Ingredients
1.5 ounces Hennessy Black
0.75 ounces Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 ounces Simple Syrup
Garnish: lime wheel
Glass: Martini, coupe or Rocks (if on ice)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake until chilled, strain into a martini or coupe glass, garnish with a lime twist or wheel.
Black Berry Sangria

Ingredients
12 ounces Hennessy Black
1 bottle Casa Lapostolle Merlot or similar red wine
1 pint Raspberries
1 pint Blackberries
1 pint Blueberries
1 pint Strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
12 ounces Cranberry Juice or Cran-Raspberry
12 ounces Club Soda
Directions
From Smirnoff Ice

Ingredients
1 bottle Smirnoff Ice Green Apple
4 ounces ginger beer
4 ounces bourbon
Rosemary for garnish
Directions
In a cocktail mixer, combine Smirnoff Ice Green Apple, ginger beer and bourbon with ice. Shake. Fill a glass with crushed ice. Strain cocktail over ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Ingredients
1 bottle Smirnoff Ice Raspberry
1/2 bottle crisp white wine
7 ounces Smirnoff No. 21
18 ounces white grape juice
Apples, pears, oranges and raspberries for garnish
Directions
Pour Smirnoff Ice Raspberry, white wine, and Smirnoff No. 21 into a large pitcher. Stir. Stir in white grape juice. Top with slices of apples, pears, oranges and raspberries. Stir. Let sit in the fridge for 4-6 hours, stirring every hour.

Ingredients
2 ounces Suntory Whisky Toki
1 ounces chilled Sencha Green Tea (or any other Japanese style green tea)
1/2 ounces lemongrass honey
Sparkling water
Directions
Add large cubes to glass. Add ingredients; stir to chill whisky and glass. Top with ice and sparkling water. Finish with matcha candied lemon wheel.

Ingredients
Strawberry Rhubarb Lemonade
Tin Muddle 2 Strawberries
1 ounce Lemon Juice
1.5 ounces Rhubarb Syrup
Directions
Shake with ice and strain into a tall glass. Add soda. Garnish with sliced strawberries and lemon wheels.

Ingredients
1.5 ounces Glendalough Gin
0.25 ounces Honey Hibiscus
0.5 ounces Lemon Juice
0.5 ounces Tangerine Fruitations
Directions
Shake ingredients together and pour into glass. Garnish with lemon peel.

1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
1 ounce Housemade Blueberry Syrup
2 ounces Tanqueray
Stripped Rosemary Sprig
Directions
Shake ingredients together, then dump in tall glass. Garnish with lemon.

Ingredients
1.5 ounces Ketel One Citron
0.75 ounces St. Germain
0.75 ounces Lime
0.75 ounces Simple Syrup
2 Cucumber Slices
6 Mint Leaves
Directions
Muddle mint, cucumber, lime juice and simple syrup. Add citron vodka and St. Germain. Shake, strain into martini glass and garnish with a slice of cucumber.
